As a member of Willie Nillie Farm CSA, I will receive a weekly share of fruits, vegetables consisting of in-season items as well as some other specialty items. The 5/9 bushel box will vary in weight depending on the season. Becoming a member with Willie Nillie Farm means sharing in the risks of agriculture (poor weather, pests, disease, and crop failure) and our rewards. We use sustainable, Holistic practices such as permaculture, no-tilling, crop rotation, composting, etc to do our best to protect our harvest and our earth. By participating in Willie Nillie Farm’s CSA, I agree with the statement above and understand I am not just supporting small, sustainable local farmer’s, but other local small business and you are assisting in creating a more equitable food distribution system and environmental, economically fair and healthy society.
I_______________________________________(print) commit to a partnership with Willie Nillie Farm CSA for the 2022 season. I understand the share is $25 per week for a full-share of approximately 18 weeks or $225 for 9 weeks. The share consists of a variety of vegetable and fruits from our farm and if anything is added to your box not grown by us, it will be noted in your weekly newsletter. As a partner, I commit myself to timely payments and must work out a payment plan ahead of time if not paying for a share in full at beginning of the season. I also agree to pick up my share at the agreed upon site and during the allotted time. If I do not make arrangements 24 hours ahead of time, my box will be donated to the food self, a family in need or given to farm volunteers. Willie Nillie Farm Will not hold shares till next day or drop a new one off for you. If you let us know ahead, we will allow for another day of pickup on the farm at an agreed upon time.
A Down Payment of $100 is due by May 1st along with this form, in order to hold your membership. We will never turn anyone down for not being able to pay up front and/or will work with each member on a payment plan for the season, that works for them.
